Welcome to AIHuboGo. By accessing or using our AI face swap platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Your use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

  • Religious Content: Content that mocks, disparages, or misrepresents religious figures, symbols, practices, or beliefs in a manner that could cause offense or controversy
  • Racial Discrimination Content: Any content that promotes, encourages, or depicts racial discrimination, racial stereotypes, or racial hatred
  • Ethnic Discrimination Content: Content that targets, discriminates against, or perpetuates harmful stereotypes about specific ethnic groups
  • Hate Speech: Content that attacks, threatens, insults, or degrades individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Controversial Public Figures: Content involving celebrities, public figures, or influencers in contexts that could cause controversy, damage reputations, or misrepresent their views or actions
  • Government/Military Content: Content involving military personnel, government officials, or state symbols in inappropriate or misleading contexts

Consequences of Violations

AIHuboGo takes content violations very seriously. Depending on the severity of the violation:

  • First Violation: Formal warning and content removal
  • Second Violation: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
  • Severe Violations: Immediate permanent account ban without refund
  • Illegal Content: We may report to relevant law enforcement authorities

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of AIHuboGo, you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have proper rights and consent for all content you upload
  • The content you create using our Services
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding face swap and AI-generated content
  • Clearly identifying AI-generated content when sharing publicly
  • Not using our Services to harm, defame, or harass others

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

AIHuboGo does not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Services will be corrected
  • The Services will meet your specific requirements

AIHuboGo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIHUBOGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services
  • Any content created using our Services
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Any third-party conduct or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIHuboGo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you create or distribute using our Services

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to our Services. However, by using our Services, you grant AIHuboGo a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the content you upload. AIHuboGo is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from your use of the Services.

9. Payment and Refunds

Payment for premium features is processed through third-party payment providers. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Services
  • Legal requirements or requests from law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
