AIHubGo uses a simple prepaid credit system. You buy a credit pack once and spend credits on the tasks you run. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — nothing is charged to you again unless you place another order yourself.

• Billing model: one-time purchase of a prepaid credit pack ("credits", shown as power in the app).
• Billing cycle: none — packs do not expire on a schedule and are not recurring. Credits are held on your account balance until they are used.
• Where to buy: the recharge page inside your account (/app/power, login required). The recharge page always shows the current price, including any limited-time promotional packs.
• Payment methods: Alipay and cryptocurrency (USDT-TRC20 and other coins through our crypto payment provider, minimum order $10).
• Charging rule: credits are deducted from your balance when a task is created and materialises as a running or completed task. Tasks that are rejected by content moderation or that fail are not charged.

Credit Packs

Prices are in USD. The "bonus" column shows the promotional extra credits already included in the credit amount.

Prices shown are the standard packs. Promotional or limited-time packs (for example, discounted packs offered on selected days) are displayed on the recharge page and, where the price differs, the recharge page is authoritative. We may change prices at any time; changes never affect credits you have already purchased.

What Each Task Costs

Additional tools available inside the app (AI Video Replacement, AI Video Matting) are billed by output duration and are listed on the recharge page after login. The exact cost of a task is always shown before you start it.

AI Models We Use

We disclose the underlying AI models that power each feature, so you can tell exactly what technology produces your results. No feature is described as a generic "advanced AI".

AIHubGo is an independent product. Model names are disclosed for transparency only and do not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by the model providers. All generation is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and to platform-side content moderation.

FAQ

How do I buy credits?

Create a free account, open the recharge page (/app/power), choose a credit pack and pay with Alipay or cryptocurrency. Credits are added to your balance automatically once the payment is confirmed.

How do I check my balance and spending?

Your remaining credits are shown in the header of the app, and the recharge page lists your payment records and order status.

Do credits expire?

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not tied to a recurring billing cycle. Credits are held on your balance and are consumed by the tasks you run.

Am I charged if a task is blocked or fails?

No. Content blocked by our moderation system before generation, and tasks that fail, do not consume credits. Only tasks that run or complete are charged.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unused credit packs may be eligible; used credits and terminated accounts are not refundable.

Why was my task rejected for content reasons?

All prompts and generations are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. If you believe a decision was wrong, you can appeal at [email protected].
