Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content
Last Updated: October 10, 2026
AIHubGo ("the Platform", "we", "us") provides AI-powered face swap, image editing, photo restoration and video processing tools. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP" or "this Policy") applies to all content that is generated, uploaded, processed, stored or shared through the Platform, and sets out our content standards, our content moderation system, how users can report violating content, and how we enforce this Policy.
This Policy is a part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you agree to this Policy. Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension or permanent termination.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to every content type the Platform handles:
- Images: photos you upload and images generated or edited by the Platform (AI face swap, photo restoration, image upscaling, AI portrait).
- Videos: videos you upload and videos generated or edited by the Platform (AI video face swap, watermark/subtitle removal, video replacement, video matting).
- Text: prompts, style descriptions, instructions and any other free-text input you submit.
- Uploads: source faces, reference images, videos, masks and any other material you submit.
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
The Platform strictly prohibits generating, uploading, processing or distributing the following six categories of content:
- Sexual / NSFW content — pornography, nudity, obscene or sexually explicit material of any kind.
- Violent / gory content — graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content glorifying or instructing harm.
- Hate speech — content attacking, threatening, insulting or dehumanising people or groups.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content that is unsafe for, sexualises or exploits minors.
- Deepfakes / impersonation of others — non-consensual face swap, impersonation and deceptive synthetic media.
- Copyright or trademark infringement — content that violates intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights.
The sections below break these categories down. They are not exhaustive: any use that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful to others is also prohibited.
2.1 Zero tolerance — immediate action
Content in this category is removed immediately, the responsible account is permanently terminated, and we may report the matter to law enforcement:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualised content involving minors.
- Content promoting, instructing or facilitating terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence.
- Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.
- Content inciting genocide, racial or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes depicting real, identifiable people.
2.2 Additional prohibited content and uses
- Sexual / NSFW: pornography, nudity, obscene or sexually explicit imagery of any kind, including AI-generated adult content. The Platform does not offer age-verified adult content — this category is prohibited outright.
- Violent / gory: graphic violence, gore, mutilation, animal cruelty, self-harm, suicide or content that glorifies or instructs harm to people or animals.
- Hate speech: content attacking, threatening, insulting or dehumanising individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic; racial or ethnic discrimination, stereotypes or hatred; content mocking or misrepresenting religious figures, symbols or beliefs in an offensive manner.
- Minors: any content that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors, including placing a minor's face on adult, violent or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: face swap or AI-generated content depicting real, identifiable people without their explicit consent; impersonating any person, brand or institution; deceptive deepfakes intended to mislead, defraud or spread misinformation; content involving political figures, government officials, candidates for public office, military personnel, state symbols, celebrities, public figures or influencers in contexts that could mislead, defame, damage reputations or influence public opinion.
- Infringement: content that infringes copyright, trademark, image, personality or privacy rights, including using third-party material without a licence or the necessary consent.
- Illegal and harmful: any content that violates applicable law, defames or harasses others, or depicts, promotes or facilitates illegal acts.
- Abuse of the Platform: bulk or spam generation, fraudulent use, presenting AI output as human-made in order to deceive, jailbreak prompts, or any attempt to bypass, disable or evade our moderation systems.
3. Content Moderation Mechanism
We run a layered moderation system that combines automated filtering, human review and periodic sampling. Moderation is applied before generation (input stage), after generation (output stage) and after publication where content is made publicly visible.
3.1 Automated moderation (real time)
- Input filtering: prompts, style descriptions and other free text are screened by an OpenAI-compatible moderation model (omni-moderation-latest) before a task is created. Zero-tolerance categories (including sexual/minors and self-harm/instructions) are blocked unconditionally; other categories are blocked above a confidence threshold. Blocked requests are rejected before any generation and no credits are deducted.
- Blocklist: a maintained list of prohibited keywords and terms — sexual/NSFW terms, CSAM-related terms, copyright/brand/trademark names, violence, hate, self-harm, and deepfake/celebrity/political-figure references — is applied to free-text input and inside our prompt-building layer, where disallowed terms are dropped from the final prompt.
- Output filtering: generation is performed by the third-party foundation models listed in section 5. Every generated result passes through those models' own safety systems before it is returned; outputs rejected by those safety systems are not delivered to users.
- Logging: moderation decisions — including the moderation model's category scores, block reasons and affected task IDs — are retained so that abuse can be investigated and so that we can answer law-enforcement or payment-partner requests.
- Usage-pattern monitoring: anomalous behaviour such as repeated attempts to bypass moderation or mass automated submissions is reviewed and may lead to rate limiting or suspension.
3.2 Human review
- Content reported by users is reviewed by our trust & safety team.
- Content flagged by automated filters may be queued for human confirmation before any final decision.
- Reviewers receive content-safety training and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
3.3 Sampling and audit
- Recent tasks and moderation logs are reviewed on a sampled basis.
- Moderation thresholds, blocklists and this Policy are reviewed and updated regularly.
3.4 Severity levels
| Level | Description | Review | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1 — Critical | Child safety, terrorism, mass violence | Automatic block + human confirmation | Immediate permanent ban + report to authorities |
| L2 — High risk | Serious violations (sexual content, non-consensual deepfakes, hate speech) | Automatic flag + priority human review | Content removal + account suspension |
| L3 — Medium risk | General violations of this Policy | Human review | Warning + content removal |
| L4 — Low risk | Minor or first-time issues | Triggered by report or sampling | Warning + request to modify |
4. Reporting Mechanism
4.1 What you can report
- Content or behaviour that violates the content standards in section 2.
- Child-safety, terrorism or other severe violations.
- AI impersonation of you, or content that infringes your own rights (for example, your face or your copyrighted work used without consent).
- Any other content you believe should be reviewed under this Policy.
4.2 Reporting principles
- Confidentiality: the identity of a reporter is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed to the reported user.
- Neutrality: every report is reviewed independently and objectively, and is not decided by the person who produced the content.
- Anti-abuse: malicious or knowingly false reports are recorded and may themselves lead to enforcement action.
5. Reporting Channels
Use any of the following channels. Our reporting inbox is monitored by our trust & safety team.
- Report email (primary): [email protected] — please use the subject line "Content report".
- Urgent / severe violations (child safety, terrorism, imminent harm or non-consensual intimate content): same address with the subject line "URGENT — Content Safety", so it is triaged first.
- Rights-holder requests (you are the person depicted, or you own the rights): state this clearly in the email and attach supporting evidence.
To let us act quickly, please include:
- the link or task ID of the content, or the account involved;
- a short description of the content and why it violates this Policy;
- the category you believe applies (section 2);
- your contact details, if you would like a reply.
6. Response and Resolution Timelines
| Violation type | Initial response | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| L1 — Critical | Within 24 hours | Within 72 hours |
| L2 — High risk | Within 3 business days | Within 7 business days |
| L3 — Medium risk | Within 5 business days | Within 10 business days |
| L4 — Low risk | Within 10 business days | Within 15 business days |
If a case needs more time, we will tell the reporter and explain why. The standard process is: report received (automatic acknowledgement) → initial triage (L1–L4) → content review (automated + human) → decision → enforcement → outcome notification.
7. Enforcement Actions
| Action | Measure | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Content warning | Written warning; content must be deleted or modified | First minor violation |
| 2. Content removal | Removal of the violating content | Confirmed L3–L4 |
| 3. Feature limitation | Reduced quotas, rate limits or restriction of specific tools | Repeated minor violations or a single L3 |
| 4. Credit forfeiture | Forfeiture of credits obtained through or used for violations | Serious or repeated violations |
| 5. Account suspension | Temporary suspension pending review | L2 or accumulated violations |
| 6. Permanent ban | Permanent termination of access, without refund | L1 or repeated L2 |
| 7. Legal referral | Report to and cooperation with law enforcement | L1 or suspected criminal conduct |
These measures mirror the consequences described in section 4 of our Terms of Service. Accounts terminated for violations are not refunded, as set out in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
8. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, you may appeal:
- How: email [email protected] with the subject line "Appeal", within 30 days of the notice.
- What to include: the task ID or account, the decision you are appealing, and why you believe it was incorrect.
- Timeline: we aim to complete appeals review within 10 business days.
- Who reviews: a reviewer who was not involved in the original decision.
9. Transparency and Policy Updates
- We review this Policy and our moderation practices regularly and update them as our products and applicable rules evolve.
- Material changes are announced on this page at least 15 days before they take effect.
- Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
