For AIHuboGo subscription plans:

• Cancellation will stop future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

2.2 Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions

We may provide a refund for your most recent subscription payment if:

• You request the refund within 48 hours of the transaction date
• You have not used any credits or created any content since the payment was processed

3. Credit Packs

For one-time credit pack purchases:

• No refund will be provided once any credits from the pack have been used
• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
• Only unused credit packs are eligible for refund
• We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Used credits or partially used credit packs
• Sale or promotional items purchased at a discount
• Credits earned through referrals or promotional activities
• Services that have been fully delivered
• Accounts terminated due to policy violations
• Payments made via virtual currency or cryptocurrency
